Children losing appetite during illness, what should parents do?

During periods of illness, children often experience loss of appetite, which limits their intake of nutrition – a vital component for strengthening their immunity and restoring their health. What should parents do?

One of the most important things is to make sure that sick kids are sufficiently hydrated. In terms of food, it is best to give children soft, easy-to-digest, but nutritious food to eat, such as egg and corn soup, macaroni with tofu and beans, or milk.
