Does our heart needs Antioxidants?

Many people realize that antioxidants are beneficial to our health. In fact, antioxidants are closely related to our heart health. Our body produces free radicals constantly which will attack our cell. It can lead to many disease included cardiovascular disease. The antioxidants in food can protect our cardiovascular system by binding to free radicals. So what foods contain antioxidants? Actually, the foods rich in vitamin C, E, B carotene have the effect of anti oxidize. Five foods rich in antioxidants are: 

1) Blackberry 
2) Walnut 
3) Strawberry
4) Artichoke 
5) Cranberry
