Want to stay in shape while travelling?

Most people find it hard to eat healthy when they’re on vacation. With food from all around the world readily available right in front of you, it’s totally understandable if you can’t resist the temptation to try everything. Here’re some tips for you to avoid overindulgence while you’re on holidays:

1) Stay hydrated:Bring a bottle of water with you to avoid impulsive purchase of sugary drinks when you’re thirsty.
2) Share the calories:Share dishes with your friends at restaurants, so you can enjoy different kinds of food without overeating.
3)Fill your stomach: Include carbs in every meal to avoid eating too much meat
4) Eat healthy for a meal per day:Eat healthy food such as wheat bread, yogurt or fruit for breakfast to avoid an over intake of calories during the day.
