Customer Service Representative
Concierge Service Department
Duties
Responsibilities:
Proactively greeting and guiding customers
Actively demonstrate commitment to provide excellent customer service.
Be a customer service representative for the Hospital and maintain a very professional attitude
Handle general enquiries from internal and external customers, understand customers' need and provide solutions
Enhance patient experience
Provide Guest Relations Services and Business Concierge Support
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirement
Job Description:
Post-secondary education or above
Formal training in Hospitality Management will be an advantage
At least 2 years' relevant experience in airlines/hotel or customer services related jobs
Friendly and guest oriented with excellent communication skills and team player
Excellent customer services skills
Shift duty is required
Basic computer operating skills
Giftshop Operation handling
