Customer Service Representative



  • Proactively greeting and guiding customers
  • Actively demonstrate commitment to provide excellent customer service.
  • Be a customer service representative for the Hospital and maintain a very professional attitude
  • Handle general enquiries from internal and external customers, understand customers' need and provide solutions
  • Enhance patient experience
  • Provide Guest Relations Services and Business Concierge Support
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Job Description:

  • Post-secondary education or above
  • Formal training in Hospitality Management will be an advantage
  • At least 2 years' relevant experience in airlines/hotel or customer services related jobs
  • Friendly and guest oriented with excellent communication skills and team player
  • Excellent customer services skills
  • Shift duty is required
  • Basic computer operating skills
  • Giftshop Operation handling
