職責

POSITION SUMMARY

The Assistant Patient Business Manager supports the Department Manager in overseeing the daily operations of both Outpatient and Inpatient teams within the merged Patient Business Office. The AM acts as the key operational coordinator, ensuring smooth frontline services, staff supervision, and crossshift communication. In addition, the AM is responsible for analysing reports in the future, extracting actionable insights, identifying performance trends, and recommending improvements.

職位要求
  • Holder of Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related discipline preferred, Diploma holders with extensive experience may be considered.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, customer service management, or business administration, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, report interpretation, and performance management.
  • Familiarity with patient business operations in a hospital setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; proficient in Excel (pivot tables, charts) and presentation software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage frontline staff and liaise with management.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese); Putonghua an advantage.
