Material Management Department
职责
Maintain accurate stock records via warehouse systems (e.g., FlexSystem).
Process inbound/outbound inventory documentation (e.g., GRNs, picking lists).
Generate and prepare inventory reports and discrepancy alerts.
Prepare material/purchase requisitions and resolve stock inquiries.
Support cycle counts and annual audits for compliance.
Assist in picking/packing materials for clinical deliveries.
Manage filing systems (physical/digital) with clear labeling protocols.
Professionally handle phone/email communications with departments.
Perform general clerical duties as required
Handle materials inquiries
Undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor
职位要求
Diploma or equivalent; additional training in logistics or inventory management is a plus
Previous experience in a warehouse or clerical role preferred
Good organizational and time management skills
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with inventory systems
Strong attention to detail
Team player with a positive work attitude
Able to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English and Chinese
