职责
To provide services to customers at the counter
To distribute, collect, compile and file outpatient charts
To process insurance claims enquiries and requests
To answer telephone enquiries
To prepare audit reports as assigned
To locate missing charts
To stock check of office stationary and departmental form and re-order
To assist in tasks as assigned by Medical Records Manager
职位要求
Form 5 / DSE graduate or abov
e
Knowledge in medical terminology is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
Pleasant personality, detail-minded, customer oriented and team player
Speak and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Shift duty is required
Less experience will be considered as Medical Records Junior Clerk
