Medical Records Clerk

  • To provide services to customers at the counter
  • To distribute, collect, compile and file outpatient charts
  • To process insurance claims enquiries and requests
  • To answer telephone enquiries
  • To prepare audit reports as assigned
  • To locate missing charts
  • To stock check of office stationary and departmental form and re-order 
  • To assist in tasks as assigned by Medical Records Manager
  • Form 5 / DSE graduate or above
  • Knowledge in medical terminology is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Pleasant personality, detail-minded, customer oriented and team player
  • Speak and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Shift duty is required
  • Less experience will be considered as Medical Records Junior Clerk
