- Provide full spectrum of HR support including recruitment, onboarding, staff movement and employee relations
- Coordinate recruitment activities such as job posting, interview arrangement and candidate communication
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR database updates
- Prepare HR reports, staff statistics and regular manpower analysis
- Assist in payroll administration, leave management and attendance records
- Support performance appraisal, staff engagement activities and training coordination
- Handle staff enquiries and provide administrative support to daily HR operations
- Ensure HR processes and practices are in compliance with Employment Ordinance and company policies
- Perform ad hoc duties and projects as assigned by supervisor
- Degree or Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- 1–2 years of HR experience in a sizable organization; healthcare industry experience is an advantage
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations and HR reporting
- Well-versed in the Employment Ordinance and other HR-related regulations
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proactive, flexible and a strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized, detail-minded and equipped with strong numerical sense
