职责
  • Provide full spectrum of HR support including recruitment, onboarding, staff movement and employee relations
  • Coordinate recruitment activities such as job posting, interview arrangement and candidate communication
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR database updates
  • Prepare HR reports, staff statistics and regular manpower analysis
  • Assist in payroll administration, leave management and attendance records
  • Support performance appraisal, staff engagement activities and training coordination
  • Handle staff enquiries and provide administrative support to daily HR operations
  • Ensure HR processes and practices are in compliance with Employment Ordinance and company policies
  • Perform ad hoc duties and projects as assigned by supervisor
职位要求
  • Degree or Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • 1–2 years of HR experience in a sizable organization; healthcare industry experience is an advantage
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations and HR reporting
  • Well-versed in the Employment Ordinance and other HR-related regulations
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proactive, flexible and a strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized, detail-minded and equipped with strong numerical sense
