Human Resources Assistant
Human Resources Department
Duties
Provide full spectrum of HR support including recruitment, onboarding, staff movement and employee relations
Coordinate recruitment activities such as job posting, interview arrangement and candidate communication
Maintain accurate employee records and HR database updates
Prepare HR reports, staff statistics and regular manpower analysis
Assist in payroll administration, leave management and attendance records
Support performance appraisal, staff engagement activities and training coordination
Handle staff enquiries and provide administrative support to daily HR operations
Ensure HR processes and practices are in compliance with Employment Ordinance and company policies
Perform ad hoc duties and projects as assigned by supervisor
Requirement
Degree or Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
1–2 years of HR experience in a sizable organization; healthcare industry experience is an advantage
Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations and HR reporting
Well-versed in the Employment Ordinance and other HR-related regulations
Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Proactive, flexible and a strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Well-organized, detail-minded and equipped with strong numerical sense
