人力資源助理 (C&B)

职责
  • Responsible for all rounded human resources functions including but not limited to payroll, compensation & benefits administration, leave administration, work injury cases handling and staff relations
  • Prepare regular HR related statistics and reports for management review
  • Maintain staff data into HR System to ensure all the personnel records are up-to-date and accurate
  • Liaise and maintain good relationship with all internal and external parties for HR related matters
  • Assist in reviewing or formulating HR strategies, policies and procedures
  • Co-ordinate employee relations activities
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
职位要求
  • Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
  • 1-2 years of solid experience on C&B functions in a sizable organization, especially in payroll area is preferred;
  • Knowledge in Employment Ordinance and HR related legislations;
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Familiar with HRIS system (eg. HR Pro);
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Proactive, self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Well organized, detail oriented and able to handle multi-tasks;
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
