Responsible for all rounded human resources functions including but not limited to payroll, compensation & benefits administration, leave administration, work injury cases handling and staff relations
Prepare regular HR related statistics and reports for management review
Maintain staff data into HR System to ensure all the personnel records are up-to-date and accurate
Liaise and maintain good relationship with all internal and external parties for HR related matters
Assist in reviewing or formulating HR strategies, policies and procedures
Co-ordinate employee relations activities
Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
1-2 years of solid experience on C&B functions in a sizable organization, especially in payroll area is preferred;
Knowledge in Employment Ordinance and HR related legislations;
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point and Chinese Word Processing;
Familiar with HRIS system (eg. HR Pro);
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese;
Proactive, self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Well organized, detail oriented and able to handle multi-tasks;
