- Identify target markets in accordance with marketing strategy
- Develop sales and retention strategies for target markets
- Plan, organize and manage PR events for insurance agents
- Identify, develop and manage new strategic partnerships in the insurance sector
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations, marketing materials and responses for insurance agency partners and building corporate business
- Maintain relationship with insurance agencies for business talk, referrals and hospital tour.
- Assist in maintaining physician relations and enhancing their engagement levels
- Work effectively with team members, as well as other departments and external parties.
- Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or other related field is preferable
- Experience in working with medical/ insurance /wealth management industry is preferred
- Good understanding and knowledge of marketing healthcare industry is preferred.
- Excellent time management, communication, interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills
- Progressive healthcare sales experience is strongly preferred.
- Independently motivated and driven to achieve hospital goals.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills
- Proficient in both spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Pleasant, well-organized, customer-oriented and willing to learn
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop and Chinese Word Processing
