POSITION SUMMARY:
The Assistant Manager of Corporate and Business Development is assigned to report to the Assistant Director, Corporate and Business Development, to provide vital support to facilitate the Business Development of the Adventist Health at a corporate level. This role assists in business analysis, client proposition, the development of new clinical services, and working close with the marketing managers to implement business and marketing plans to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) of hospital programs.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Assistant Director of Corporate and Business Development in conducting business analyses, developing new clinical services and products, and formulating and implementing business plans to support key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Help orchestrate corporate initiatives for Adventist Health at the organizational level.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute hospital marketing and business development strategies that enhance corporate awareness, strengthen the Adventist Health brand, and drive business growth.
- Assist in developing and reviewing business and promotional strategies, including identifying sales channels and client prospecting, while preparing reports to measure effectiveness.
- Liaise with B2B partners, internal departments, agencies, and vendors to ensure effective execution of business and marketing activities.
- Assist in preparing price quotations, tender documents, service agreements, and other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors.
- Actively participate in business development activities and build partnerships with insurance and corporate partners to explore new business opportunities for Adventist Health.
- Organize and arrange marketing and health-related initiatives for insurance companies and corporate clients, including hospital tours, health days, and demonstrations, to foster strong relationships with insurance agents and healthcare consultants in China for business referrals.
- Promote health assessment services and hospital check-up plans to corporate clients.
- Support departmental budgeting, monitor results, and evaluate performance.
- Prepare marketing and business reports, analyses, and assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and recommendations.
- Perform other ad hoc projects and duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
