Lifestyle Management Centre held a Mental Health First Aid for the Older Persons (OMHFA) Course on 30 April 2023 and 07 May 2023 which instructed by Mr. Benson Wong (OMHFA Course instructor from the Mental Health Association of Hong Kong).
Participants learnt about the basic knowledge of mental health problems and how to proceed with necessary interventions through lectures, group discussion, role play, etc.
12 participants who had completed the course had been issued a certificate by The Mental Health Association of Hong Kong which is acknowledged by the Mental Health First Aid International.
