To expedite the elderlies’ sight recovery and alleviate the long wait through the public system, the Charity Cataract Program launched by the Hong Kong Adventist Hospital – Tsuen Wan (HKAHF-TW) and the HKAH Foundation (HKAHF) provided 100 free cataract operations for eligible residents aged 65 or above.
One of the patients’ family members sent a handwritten letter to show their appreciation to HKAHF.
