• 50% discount of using car park of 3^rd Hour & Thereafter on Sunday, customers must present both original same-day hospital payment Receipt, deposit receipt, discharge receipt and the corresponding Parking Tickets to Cashier Counter for redemption.

• Revised, amended, re-printer or copy of receipts(s) will not be accepted.
