To provide clerical support to Facility Management Department including but not limited to handling inquiries, works coordination, schedule follow-up appointments and meetings, booking arrangement, data entry, filing and assisting hospital events.
To assist in project tenders and quotations
Reporting and follow up the requests of maintenance service and facility service
Ad-hoc assignments as assigned
Requirement
Higher Diploma and above in Facility Management, Property Management or related discipline
At least 1-2 years’ experience in related fields
Pass experience in process tenders and manage contractors will be an advantage
Knowledge of facilities management practices along with business ethics, security procedures and space planning needs
Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
