Facility Management Clerk

Duties
  • To provide clerical support to Facility Management Department including but not limited to handling inquiries, works coordination, schedule follow-up appointments and meetings, booking arrangement, data entry, filing and assisting hospital events.
  • To assist in project tenders and quotations
  • Reporting and follow up the requests of maintenance service and facility service
  • Ad-hoc assignments as assigned
Requirement
  • Higher Diploma and above in Facility Management, Property Management or related discipline
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in related fields
  • Pass experience in process tenders and manage contractors will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of facilities management practices along with business ethics, security procedures and space planning needs
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
