- Form 5 / DSE graduate or above
- 2 years' relevant experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology and/or experience in hospital is an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Good computing skill
- Speak and write fluent Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
- Shift duty is required
