Requirement
  • Certificate or above in information Technology or equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Window, MS Office, various versions of MS Server, Linux Servers
  • Solid experience in trouble shooting PC, configuration of firewall and LAN hardware problems
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Shift duties and/or after-office hour IT support duties maybe required
Duties
  • Arrange regular backup
  • Assist to monitor the asset (hardware & software) to prevent illegal usage
  • Maintain help desk facility and attend to users’ IT problems/queries
  • Ensure appropriate servers/clients security by means of users’ access rights
  • Generate ad hoc analysis reports through report writer and/or interactive SQL
  • Install & upgrade hardware and software
  • Ad hoc task as assigned by supervisor
