The Pharmacy
 The
Hospital Pharmacy in Tsuen Wan Adventist Hospital works
with clinicians and other ancillaries to ensure the
best therapeutic outcome for the individual patient.
All drugs prescribed to our patients are carefully
monitored by a computer system. Staff from the Hospital
Pharmacy would come up to the ward to assist nurses
and physicians and educate patients on the use of medication
or special devices whenever necessary, especially upon
discharge.
For outpatients, we advocate direct face to face contact,
comprehensive counseling and patient education to increase
compliance.
Well staffed by 5 qualified pharmacists and nine dispensers,
we are more than willing to give professional opinion
for clients who are interested in purchasing home-use
medical equipment such as blood pressure machine, home-use
glucose monitor and nebulizer.
