'Funfit' – Weight Management Program

Most weight-loss programs aren't effective in the long term. They usually focus on calorie counting, recording everything you eat, and limiting food quantities. Unfortunately, ‘diet foods’ are often not tasty. Eventually people abandon the ‘diet’ because they get tired of the lack of flavor, the hunger, and of missing out on their favorite tasty foods. Not surprisingly, they often regain any weight they may have lost, and many end up weighing more than they did prior to commencing the weight loss program.

The ‘Fun Fit’ program is designed to help you acquire a healthy lifestyle.

The program content is as follows:

  • Lifestyle Management Plan:
Lifestyle assessment
Mutually agreed upon lifestyle modification plan
Implementation
